Morelian Gaspachos are a very local snack to a different zone of México. Due to it, having to be a bit localized to our Yucatán, it had to be clear what it is. We had to show it was sweet, fruit-based, and spite of all, healthy. The name Chels comes from what we call blond people in the Mayan tongue, which the sons of the owners are, thats why both of the characters are yellow fruits.
And of course, it is delicious.
